SCALE OF STANDARD HIRING CHARGES

Effective from 1st January 2010

 

 

Charge per Hour

 

Monday – Friday

 

Morning or Afternoon

 

Evening (after 5 p.m. except Friday)

 

 

 

£12.50 per hour

 

£14.50 per hour

 

 

Friday (after 5 p.m.) and all day/evening on Saturday and Sunday.

 

 

£21.00 per hour

 

Children’s Birthday Parties (Special Rate)

Up to 3 hours (Including use of kitchen)

This applies for up to, and including, 11 years old.

 

 

 

£57.00 per 3 hour session

Applies to all days of week.

 

 

 

 

KITCHEN FACILITIES

 

Kitchen

                                   For storing food or sitting in for parents    £10.00 flat rate

 For less than 3 hours                £20.00 per session

                                   For more than 3 hours            £35.00 per session

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

  1. Minimum hire period 1 hour.

 

  1. A returnable deposit of £50.00 is payable with letting charge.

 

  1. The PCC reserve the right to vary fees at any time.

 

  1. Registered Charities receive 15% discount.

 

  1. Fees for commercial bookings will be negotiated separately
