On Friday 15th October Sarah Tourell from the Parish Office will be hosting a Christmas Fair and coffee morning from 9am-3pm in our church hall , funds from which will be sent to Casa Re-om. The Christmas items have been given to Sarah and you may take them away for a suitable donation.
Young Vines - Help

Pakistan Flood Appeal

Fiona and Peter Lock are raising money for the Pakistan flood appeal and so far they have both valued the experience and really appreciate the response. The donations so far totalled £111. Thank you to everyone who has contributed. Peter's collecting tub and remaining badges are at the back of church along with the poster about the Operation Mobilization's Flood Relief Appeal, in case other's would like to donate this week. You can also drop your donations into the Parish Office.

Next Sunday Revd John Kronenburg from St. Christopher’s, Hinchley Wood will be presiding and preaching at our morning services, and in return Jonathan will be at Hinchey Wood.

Following advice from the police we are shortly going to ensure that when the church is locked BOTH doors into the church via the Porch are to be locked. All those who currently have a key to the outer door should by now have received a note from Geoff Trickey outlining the new arrangements. If you have a key to the main door but have not had such a note from Geoff please contact him (01372 275171) or see him after the 10am service today. The new lock will come into operation on Wednesday 8th September.
Surrey Churches Cycle Ride

The Surrey Churches Cycle Ride this year is next Saturday 11 September, 10.15 for a 10.30 start. Please join us for a relaxed morning cycle ride to start and finish at St Peter’s via several other local churches where refreshment will be provided. Contact David Lock for further details and a sponsorship form - any funds we raise will go towards the maintenance of Surrey Churches (half the money raised will go to St Peter’s).
